Highly recommended! Had an excellent time on this tour with beautiful sights. Tour leader Catherine was knowledgeable and took the time to share what to expect today, and gave information and fun facts about Hokkaido and even nearby Otaru (in English, Mandarin and Cantonese!). I loved that she shared her own personal tips on what to eat and buy too.

The itinerary is rich, and the scenery we take there is beautiful. However, the time spent at each scenic spot is relatively short, and we may not have time to fully tour and take photos, but the overall feeling is very good.

Our guide Catherine was very informative and a pleasure to listen to throughout the trip. She was very organized and insightful. Our bus driver Tenma (10/25 tour) was a great, smooth driver. Highly recommend this day tour to pack in 3 beautiful sites.

Under the guidance of tour guide Jia Jia, the whole process was compact and efficient, and every detail was taken into consideration. In the end, my wife and I felt a little embarrassed because there were only two of us at the second drop-off point. However, Jia Jia and the driver Mr. Tian Man took us to the drop-off point accurately. Let’s put it this way, this one-day tour almost overturned my previous impression of group tours. Thanks again to Jia Jia and Mr. Tian Man!

Our guide Hannah was very helpful and very accommodating to our needs. She drives very well and properly puts our safety first. She told us about the basic rules of the tour and "no eating ice cream in the car". We enjoyed a lot of Hokkaido's ice cream from the Blue Pond up to our lunch. The melon was worth the trip. We appreciate our guide's ability to speak in Chinese, English and Japanese. We hope to see her again in one of our future tours in Klook.
