Mr Jon is very accommodating and knowlegable about the tourist attractions. He is also good in conversing Indonesia culture, we learned a lot from him. We had a lot of fun with the tour, and we highly suggest this tour package for a day in Batam. The lunch also was very good, far from what we expected. Hope we can come back to Batam, such a very nice place and it cost very cheap.

booked thru Klook and WA the spa the night before. Did foot reflexology and aromatherapy massage. Reception lady knew how to speak Chinese, which made communication simpler. Masseuse were good. Went back again the next day. Truly enjoyed!

The whole itinerary was very well arranged. Although there were only two of us in the group, the tour guide still introduced each attraction very attentively, and the seafood meal at noon was also very rich!

This trip was amazing, and I want to give a big thank you to our guide,I forgot her name, it seemed to be oldeay.Sorry She was not only professional and patient but also very friendly. Her explanations were detailed and engaging, making the whole journey much more interesting and memorable. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting this place!

I absolutely loved how they carefully selected the tour guide for me. As a solo female traveler, they assigned Natalie, and she was truly a gem! Such an amazing person—warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. ❤️❤️❤️ The tour felt personal and memorable, filled with heartfelt stories that made the experience even more special. There were only three of us on the 2/1 trip! The travel agency actually sent a tour guide and a driver! Two people served our whole family! It really feels like a private VIP tour! Although the tour guide's Chinese is not very fluent! But you can feel her enthusiasm! The driver was able to fully cooperate with our temporary requests! When I booked this trip, I happened to encounter a 10% discount! The CP value is really too high...
