The service is very good, including hair style but not makeup. Although there are not many kimono styles, they are very careful to help you put them on. It is better to make an appointment early. The location is a bit hidden. It is not an open store. It is in an office building. You knock on the door according to the door number to enter. It is not far from Osaka Castle. It is worth taking pictures during the cherry blossom season

we had the best time at the matcha class! We had Fujiko and she was the sweetest, we loved her! The matcha and the sweets were really good, overall just a great experience, would definitely recommend! 🫶🏼

excellent service. The shop is in a small building, but it's to find following instructions. They allowed us to have the kimono until closing around 5 pm. So we had a plenty of time for photos.

The staff can speak Chinese and have a good service attitude. The only drawback is that they receive too many customers at the same time and are a bit overwhelmed.

I am pretty pleased with their service. Just note that they are located on the second floor of the building. They had a sufficient selection of yukata to chose from. The space is a little cramped so it can get crowded since they also do wedding photo shoots. I highly recommend making an reservation because although they take walk ins, it was so busy the day we went that they turned down some walk ins. I also recommend making an early appt because the prep can take a while. For 2 people it took us 1.5 hours to get full ready and out the door

Really lovely experience and the host was brilliant. she told us about the history, the culture around it and also, how to make matcha tea.

The driver was very good and recommended all the places we could visit in Osaka in one day. There was still time left. The driver drove very well and was able to change the pick-up location to Duamaru because we couldn't walk back to Donton. We went to eat grilled meat as booked and returned to the hotel on time without having to pay extra. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this driver. This trip was very impressive.

it was a fun night out. Daiichi was a wonderful host and we had a great time. I think izakayas and bars we visited were priced on a higher end but our group was very diverse and it was an enjoyable company and experience overall
