The tour guide Teddy is very nice, attentive, and proficient in multiple languages. We had a lot of fun, the pick-up time was on time, and it was a very pleasant day trip.

The tour guide is friendly, the carriage is comfortable, and the attractions are well planned. The snacks in the cafe are delicious, the environment is perfect for taking photos, and the sledding activities are exciting.

The guide is very nice and delivers itinerary and instructions very clearly. Very fun day! Got the chance to feed seagulls :D the rail bike was interesting! A 'U-turn' at the end manually and comes back the same way. Luge Route 1 was sooooo intense and fun really recommend!!!

The tour guide Rachel was very professional. She provided clear instructions before the activity so that I knew the meeting place and time clearly. She also provided appropriate information during the activity. The itinerary was not too tight and there was plenty of free time. In terms of transportation, the meeting and disbanding locations were all at the entrances and exits of major railway stations, which was very convenient.
