Hotels near Kamo River

There is a 7-11 downstairs, which is very convenient. The service staff is friendly and the room is very nice. Most importantly, there is a self-service check-in and check-out service, which saves the time of queuing. If I come to Kyoto next time, this is my first choice.

The hotel is clean, tidy and quiet, the service staff is polite, and it is very close to the station. There are many delicious ramen restaurants near the hotel. It is really worth trying it opposite the hotel. 🥰🥰

this hotel was great! i think its a little bit bigger than the usual japan hotel, like we were able to open 2 hand carry sized luggage, tho a bit tight already. the free anenities were also great, and the location is very convenient.

High value for a hotel in Kyoto city and not too far from the station, and the hotel staff service is very good.

Our stay at Sakura Terrace in Kyoto was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights was the traditional Japanese pajamas provided by the hotel – a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The onsen (public bath) was an incredible experience, offering the perfect way to relax after exploring the beautiful city of Kyoto. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options that set us up for the day ahead. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and Kyoto’s main attractions. Overall, Sakura Terrace provides a warm, authentic, and memorable stay. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Kyoto!

wonderful hotel!!! great location great staff!! kinoshita was very helpful and so were the dinning room staff and the front desk!! I’m planning another trip to Kyoto and staying here!!!!
