Steven is a very humorous and experienced tour guide. He explained each destination with good knowledge and gave us ample time to explore the places. He even gave the kids a pack of gummy at the end of the tour which made my son happy. Thank you Steven for giving us a memorable day at Jeju!

The pickup was on time, our tour guide Jina gave a really detailed and excellent tour for us the entire day. Our bus was a comfortable limosine and the trip felt really worth for money!! The time given for each location is perfect, although do be prepared for lots of stairs and walking. Jina speaks good English and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable the entire tour. The Osulloc Museum was slightly disappointing (too crowded, too overpriced, unable to try most tea), but cafe and ice cream was okay. Highly recommend the southern western day tour!! Sights were beautiful.

Today's tour leader Steven is very good and can speak multiple languages. He explained each attraction in detail. It's a pity that I can't go to Halla Mountain. It's so sad, but the overall trip is still very happy.
