Alishan tours

I have joined the tour dated 11/11/2024 which was lead by Peter. We departed on time and the car seat was comfortable. Peter also very professional in guiding and photography. He explained everything well and very humour too. He guided us to hike via the more easier route. I really had a very good time during the whole tour. Other participants in my group also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this day tour to everyone.

Had a fantastic experience exploring Alishan with this day tour. Our guide Justine truly made the experience unforgettable. His English proficiency was excellent, which made communication smooth and ensured we didn't miss any important details about the sites we visited. What stood out was Justine's wealth of knowledge about Alishan's history, culture, and nature. He shared fascinating stories and interesting facts throughout the tour, helping us appreciate the area on a deeper level. He also provided practical tips about the best photo spots and timing to avoid crowds. Speaking of photos, Justine has a great eye for photography! He knew exactly where to position us for the best shots and was always happy to take pictures of our group. The photos turned out amazing and really captured the beauty of Alishan. His fun and engaging personality kept the energy high throughout the day. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and friendly, making everyone in the group feel comfortable and included. The tour itself was well-organized and hit all the major spots. Justine managed our time efficiently, ensuring we got to experience everything without feeling rushed. Overall, I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to get Justine as your guide. A true 5-star experience that made our Alishan visit truly memorable!

Everything went really smoothly, the tour guide were all funny and likeable. The accommodation we stayed for 2 people were quite decent too. Just beware of the check out and check in time. The itinerary planned was great and not so tiring.

This was hands down one of the best tours I've been on! Our tour guide Ken was extremely knowledgeable, funny and spoke great English. We got to explore all of Alishan and took some amazing photos. The tour included tea tasting at one of the local breweries and it was delicious! Would 100% recommend this tour.

The guide was friendly and the food was hearty and delicious! (The weather was late December) It was chillier up there than I expected, so a coat is a must. The review photos focused on photos of the dense forest, but there was more to see at the top of Arasan than I expected. Alleys, stairs, cats, small temples, etc. It may be difficult for very young children because the distance is quite long. It was fun to hang out at the arrival location and I took close to 500 photos to keep as memories with my friends. It was great because there were a lot of photo spots! I think it's suitable for couples, friends, couples, or for a one-day company workshop..! You can also ride a train that gives you a sense of history and is very charming. It took 2 hours on the road and 1 hour to climb from the bottom to the top of Arasan (this is the biggest hurdle...), but we took a big bus. Even though I went when the weather was nice, it was really nice to see the fog in the forest. Fortunately, the driver was very nice and I didn't get car sick even though it was a really curved road. I fainted when I came back after seeing it all. And physically, it's not that hard, so you can think of it as just a walk(?). When I came back, I still had some stamina left. I think it wasn't difficult because it was a route that slowly descended from the highest point to the bottom. Anyway, it was a trip worth taking for a day during a long trip to Taichung.

The trip has been very nice and the Alishan sunrise & tea farm visit are definitely the highlights of my Taiwan trip! Gabe has been a very lovely guide until the end, very accommodating & caring, will take extra lengths to make sure everyone's comfortable. Everyone joining the tour were also very nice, making the trip even more memorable :)

Xiao Hei was a great tour guide! Very funny and thoughtful, will take all the photos you need and even more. Travel time is quite long but keep in mind you are coming from and going back to Taipei. Regardless we had a great time and saw the sunrise at A Li Shan.

In the hot summer, this trip was great. It felt cool to go to the mountains and the air was fresh. The driver was very attentive and introduced the features and helped take photos. Everyone had a great time.
