The service is good, there are hot springs, you can see the scenery of Mount Fuji, and it's next to Fuji-Q Highland Station. It's a five-minute walk. It's a great experience. I highly recommend it!

It's close to Fuji-Q Highland Station, but the surrounding roads are not easy to walk. The view from the restaurant downstairs in the large bathhouse is very good. There is a lack of convenience stores around.

The location is very convenient. It is right next to Lawson and Qizai. It is also a 15-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Bridge to Oishi Park. It is in the center of Lake Kawaguchi and very close to the station.

it’s a good 15-20 mins walk from the bus station. 5-7 min walk if you stop at stop 6 (red line- gem museum). a good quiet location. breakfast was fulfilling. photos are from the view of the rooftop.

Very homey room with stunning view of Mount Fuji and a private onsen! The breakfast's delicious and hopefully we can try the dinner next time too! Cos when we made the booking through Klook, it only provided an option with breakfast only?! And we finally found out at the hotel that the restaurant would provide dinner too. Besides, though the hotel's located on a small hill, there's scheduled hotel shuttle bus taking you from the train station to there so no worries, but make sure you book it beforehands. The hotel's family friendly with baby cribs provided. The staff's very nice and helpful. They saw that we got too much luggage to take and the baby's with us, and they offered driving us to the station. Actually there's a bus line at the foot of the hill taking you to various spots and to the station too, and it takes around 5mins to walk down from the hotel to the bus stop. The park nearby's popular and beautiful and it's walkable distance. Overall speaking we had a very memorable stay here and we'd love to recommend others to stay in this hotel!
