fantastic view of the harbour, super comfy beds with soft pillows, great diptyque products in the bathroom. got a room upgrade when we checked in! captain’s bar had nice drinks and good snacks.

loved it here! it’s near causeway bay, disneyland, & airport! booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 & 3 kids. staff were very accomodating. :)

The room was very neat and clean. The bathtub is very comfortable. The staff is very polite. The food in the restaurant, whether it is fried rice, Hainanese chicken rice or breakfast, is very delicious.

We only stayed one night and were already impressed. The room, it’s amenities, environment , accessibility we’re outstanding! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I know it’s a service industry but still, they went over and beyond. I’m glad I made the choice to book with the Mandarin Oriental! I will definitely stay there again when I have the chance!
