All went super smoothly. Our driver picked us up promptly and dropped us off ahead of schedule, buying the tickets for us. We saw the amazing Moo Deng at the zoo with no trouble, and when we were ready to head back, we simply had to call the driver again and he immediately arrived to take us back. A really easy and recommended trip.

There is a great contrast between the inside and outside of the park. It is a very natural and beautiful place. It is super easy to take pictures. You can also choose a drink with the ticket. The PC value is incredible!

Honestly, I added this to my itinerary because I want to see Moodeng, and I’m really glad I did because it was such a peaceful and spaceous zoo. I arrived pretty early so there’s not much people yet. I like the vibe of the zoo because the area of the animals is so wide it almost felt like they weren’t caged. It felt like taking a stroll in a rainforest or jungle, enter the world of Lion King vibes which was also therapeutic in my part.

Travel time from our hotel going to Khao Kheaw Open Zoo took one hour 30 minutes. We saw the famous hippopotamus Moo Deng but she was still sleeping when we arrived😅 Me and my family enjoyed exploring the zoo.

It was a pleasant one day trip journey to explore the zoo. Driver was punctual to fetch us from our hotel and no communication issue. Thou in the first place, there was a delay of email confirmation from Klook's partner but it was settled quite fast. Purpose of this trip is to have a glance of the famous Moo Deng. In general the zoo was huge. Try to go on a weekend instead where animal feeding will be open to public. Driver waited for us while we explored the green zone at our own pace. Just need to pay the parking lot to park the car. Recommend this activity.
