The visit was incredible. We interacted with the elephants, fed them, and bathed them. The facilities are very nice, and the service from the sanctuary staff, especially Ball, was excellent.

Very healing trip, including cooking meals for the elephants, feeding them bananas, walking with them and bathing them in the river. The Pad Thai for lunch was also delicious.

We had a wonderful time feeding the elephants, making food, exploring with the elephants across the river, and playing in the water. We were able to touch the elephants freely, watch them play, and even had a mud shower on the elephants. lol It was a wonderful experience. The toilets and showers were clean, and the clothes we rented were clean too. The showers are water so be prepared. The food and fruit were delicious. I went alone with my 4 and 5 year old children, and they helped us climb the mountain and cross the river. Without them we would not have been able to go safely. I recommend it.

We had an amazing experience with the elephants! It's clear that this place is ethical and truly cares for the animals. The elephants are never forced into any activities and are allowed to roam freely around the area. They don’t practice elephant rides, which is great, especially since most of the elephants here are rescued. The volunteers did a great job explaining the do's and don'ts to ensure we interacted with the animals safely and respectfully. They also provided helpful tips to avoid triggering the elephants. The Pad Thai served at lunch was absolutely delicious. PK, our tour guide, was fantastic—constantly checking in with us while we interacted with the elephants and offering tips on how to play with them. This experience was both fun and educational. We are also grateful for meeting Linda and Phim who's very passionate in giving back by volunteering in taking care of the elephants.
