Overall satisfactory, the tour guide has rich experience. Although the Moji Port and Tango market are free activities, the tour guide provided sufficient guidance and suggestions in advance. (In terms of time) If you follow the instructions, there will be no big problem. In Tango You can also eat at the market without being rushed~ The allocation of attraction time between the shrine and the bridge is OK, but Mojiko may have market-like activities due to holidays, so you can only visit quickly in a focused way~ In addition, the meeting time It's 08:10, so if you arrive at the meeting point at 07:40, you may find that you can't find your tour guide...

The tour was well-paced and we were lucky to have the weather on our side. The blue skies made for amazing photographs and my family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The guide of this tour is so kind, attentive, and patient with our group since we had a large number of participants from all around the world (including Japanese participants)and didn't make a solo traveller like myself left out. The sights were beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the port town, Moji, and the 120+ red Shinto shrines lined up together at our last stop.

An incredible tour of Kitakyushu and Yamaguchi, and it was an unforgettable experience! The entire trip was well organized, allowing us to fully enjoy all the sights without any worries. One of the highlights was exploring Mojiko Retro, with its charming atmosphere and historic buildings. We also had the unique experience of taking a ferry to Yamaguchi, which offered beautiful views of the surrounding area. The food was another standout feature of the tour. We enjoyed the freshest sushi and fugu at the Karato Market—definitely a must-try for any seafood lover! We also had the opportunity to visit the stunning Tsunoshima Bridge, which provided breathtaking views. To top it all off, we visited the Motonosumi Inari Shrine, famous for its beautiful torii gates and serene setting. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of culture, history, and delicious cuisine. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Kitakyushu and Yamaguchi! super worth it tour package!

This hotel is my must-choice every time I travel to Japan. Although the rooms are small, they are well-designed. Ramen noodles are provided for free in the evening. There are natural hot springs. Ice bars are provided after soaking in the evening. Yakult is provided after soaking in the morning. There are many breakfast options. It tastes good. I drove myself. It is very close to Shimonoseki attractions Moji Port and Karato Market. The hotel customer service is polite and smiling. It is a chain hotel that I can recommend.

This trip is highlighting scenic spots of Yamaguchi Prefecture departing from Fukuoka. Visited places are hard to commute unless you have a rented car so joining this tour is a gem if you want to visit Yamaguchi. Karato fish market is not open everyday so ensure to book this when it is open. if not mistaken, it is open during weekend and holiday only to enjoy the seafood feast. the only challenge is language barrier since this is a japanese/chinese tour but the tour guide provided basic english instruction. Mr Chen always have the initiative to take picture of us on each destination. He did not. skimped on sharing the history and background of the places we visited although I did not understand anything. He spend like a good one hour for this. also, our bus broke down midway on our way to our first destination and the replacement bus arrive 1hour after. nevertheless, we still spent enough time on each place and didnt feel any rush. overall, the tour is very recommendable and worth it.
