worth buying service, I don't know if it's cheaper than buying on the spot but it's convenient to change tickets. You should check the train schedule in advance, sometimes there's only one trip every 1.5 hours

After buying a direct ticket to Seoul Station, remember to activate the seat selection function. You can enter the train half an hour before departure, but you cannot enter the entrance gate 5 minutes before departure. You can transfer to another train that stops at every station without having to select a seat.

On my return to Korea, I used the AREX ticket purchased through Klook! Only certain airlines will allow you to go through immigration, so it's best to check in advance. I always reserve a seat online the morning of the day I use the ticket, then head to Seoul Station to complete the procedure.

It is a must-have for almost every trip to Korea, because if you are taking a Korean flight, you can check in at Seoul Station before leaving, so you can arrive at Incheon Airport at the last minute to leave. However, perhaps because of the increase in passenger capacity, the special seats that could be reserved online before have been converted into luggage racks, which is inconvenient if you want to have a meeting on the train.
