we hqd q great time. they gave us a complimentary spa treat for our 4 nights stay. stqff were friendly and helpful, food.was superb.

it was a great experience for us. traveling of 6 hours with 2 stop over. the driver was very good in driving though some roads are bumpy but the driver was efficient in his job. you need to wear comfortable clothes and i suggest that 1 person per cabin for comfortability especially in the zigzag road

I highly recommend this hotel. It's very near the bus terminal, sapa station, and the plaza. The food buffet was good with great selection. The hotel staff especially the guy at the reception was extremenly accommodating and helpful! I will definitely book again in the future.

Our hotel room was clean and has a picturesque view of the mountains. The comfort room was also clean and the staff cleans the room daily. It was a comfortable stay. The hotel location was also strategic, near shops, restaurants and sun plaza. It was accessible to all. Highly recommended and good value for money. The staff was also courteous and accommodating.

perfect location in sapa. the place looks so oppulent. the interiors are really nice. my friends and i enjoyed our stay.
