a really great place to stay in hanoi. near the center and quiet place i woul love to come here then even surprise us with bed of roses i really love the breakfast choices too we will come back!

My friends and I recently stayed here for three nights, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Hannah at the reception, made us feel incredibly welcome. They were always engaging and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness of our room was exceptional; it was tidied up every single day, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and conveniently close to our favorite spot, Pizza 4Ps. Additionally, the shuttle service to the airport was a great convenience, making our departure stress-free. The only issue we encountered was with the air conditioning, which took a while to cool down. However, this didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Splendid Hotel and Spa was truly delightful, and I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi!

The receptionists were very helpful and courteous. The food for breakfast was great. We were placed though in a room that do not have access to elevator.

Near to everything from bus 86, lake, beer street, old quarter food, coffee, room is clean, friendly staff.

Hotel Crew was very accommodating and even helped us during our stay for directions guides. Highlight: it’s at the city center easy access stores.

It was a very nice experience staying at La Selva! We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, with warm smile and welcome juice. The place was clean, bed was comfortable and the pillow, I want to bring it home haha. I wish it had more space for luggages inside the room but it outweighs overall experience. Breakfast was yummy. Most esp, I want to commend Soda and Marcus, very very accommodating. Great customer service! They even helped my friends find candles for my birthday surprise and were very good actors! hahaha highly recommended! not to mention location is very accessible to all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️will def book here again when i get back to Hanoi!

The marina hotel was near many shops I recommend here, and the staff was so nice, and the lady was fluent in English, so it wasn't hard to communicate.
