My room was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom stocked with all necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work, as even the common areas like the lobby and hallways were impeccably clean. It gave me a great sense of comfort and relaxation during my stay. The location of the hotel was another highlight. We had such wonderful time in Parkroyal! It was my first trip together with my little one. staffs were extremely friendly. Parking was avail during our stay (first come first serve basis). Only problem we had was, we were given a room which we had cancelled initially. When I came down to enquire, they could not detect our second and confirmed booking. It took the hotel staff around 15 mins to solve it, and we were given an upgraded room. It was a smooth process, the stay was delightful, breakfast was exquisite, the view and environment was just beautiful. Highly recommended especially for those who has children. Definitely will come again!

Hotel service is very good. There is a shuttle bus to George Town and nearby night markets. Spacious room, free mini bar drinks.

I was very satisfied with my stay! From the moment I walked in, the warm reception from the staff made me feel warm. The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was very comfortable. Every detail reflected the hotel's care. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good, which completely exceeded my expectations.
