extremely relaxing experience, my first time and it won't be my last. I didn't have claustrophobic so it may be different for those who have. it's a 90 min float with a menu of auditory selections (music/meditation), shower facilities are also well equipped. swimming costume is optional. thereafter you can also chill in their lounge - snacks and drinks provided.

The atmosphere was very nice and lovely. Due to a mistake by the travel agency, there was a problem with the plane and my arrival was delayed, but they contacted me and made arrangements, which was very helpful. It seems to be always fully booked and very popular. I recommend it.

amazing was lots of rides and highly recommended flying over Indonesia!! food court wasn’t the best but the food in the mall is good. really recommend especially if you have kids bloody amazing staff to!!!
