MAC was phenomenal. I was the only solo attendee in the group and he ensured I was welcomed and included whenever he spotted me during our stops. He provided great recommendations both inside and outside the tour. he also takes some great photos! The tour itself was wonderful. The Garden of Morning Calm was stunning and so tranquil even with how busy it was. Nami island was much the same, but you could easily find spots and walk paths with no one else there. The rail bike was a great experience too, but as I was the only one and the cart was a bit heavy, it was a slight workout, the views and tunnels made it worth it though. And the starlight festival was such a wonderful way to end the day. Photos just don't do it justice.

The schedule was fully packed that's why Alpaca was a little bit rushed but the tour was even better than I expected. We had so much fun and Alex made sure to make the best out of our trip. Totally recommended, thanks a lot Alex! (maybe for the future extend Alpaca and shorten Starlight? either way best experience!)

Highly recommended!!! Our guide, MAC, is great, for us to have the best experience, he moved the time of our departure because the the sun will set at a later time, and our last destination is best experienced at night due to the lights. if he just followed the original time, then we will not be able to appreciate the last destination. The tour is a small group only hence it seems more private in a sense. Very comfortable transfers!! Worth every won spent!!

We enjoyed the tour as we got to experience both spring and snow at the same time. Although the weather was a bit challenging, it was all worth it. Lani was also very helpful and understanding throughout the tour. Highly recommended for families or large groups looking to book a tour.

We had a great time! The places we visited were really nice and picturesque. Gienie Kim is an excellent guide, very kind, patient, organized and hardworking. He communicated really well and made sure we knew where to meet and what time. He went the extra mile in taking photos of us. He really knows the best photo spots! He kindly brought us back to our hotel because it was raining.
