What an experience on the shinkansen! The seats are comfy with plenty of storage for luggage. The attendants are friendly and offered us a towel upon departure. The train was super fast but equally smooth! And to top it off, we got to see Mt Fuji on route!!!!

With the QR code, you won’t need to queue up for a physical ticket. You can just let the train attendant to scan the QR code before boarding. We reserved our seats for our luggages and we had an amazing view of Mount Fuji under a clear blue sky! Overall, it was a comfortable train ride and it was very punctual as well!

Traveling from Nagoya to Osaka via the Shinkansen was an incredible experience. The ride was fast, comfortable, and efficient—just as you'd expect from Japan's famous high-speed rail. The trip took around 50 minutes, and it was so smooth that it felt like no time passed at all!

The onsen is in a great location near the Togetsu-Kyo bridge with a view of the water way. The baths are soothing. mostly locals who frequent this location. I rented bath towel and bought a souvenir little towel. The massage chairs really hit the spots too. Good value experience for the price.

Buying the tickets was quick and easy! My QR code was scanned by the attendant at the station and I went to my platform. Once you scan your ticket, you can't leave and reenter. So make sure to go visit the Pokemon Store in Tokyo Station before heading to the platform. 😂 Have fun in Odawara if that's where you're headed!

This was my firet time using Klook for Shinkansen. It was fairly easy, the QR code was scanned well. Leaving the station, staff helped is, as other passengers with QR codes also had errors. I had my suica scanned then it was ok.

easy to book. very crowded at train station but no issue to find our way there. can buy food to eat on the train. fast and quiet and clean journey with very beautiful scenery outside. able to spot mount fuji if you booked the seats on the right

highly recommend booking these tickets if you want a quick trip to the centre after a long flight. you just need to go to one of the ticket machines (clearly marked) and scan the qr code to get the physical tickets after that just follow the signs to the correct platform.
