ease of booking on Klook: No need exchange for physical ktx tickets. Just board the train using Klook confirmation email. Train officer will randomly ask anyone for train tickets. All details regarding car number and seats number are provided. Gate number will show on the screen 15 min before departure.

If you want to save yourself the headache of navigating a government website and potentially save a little cash with promo codes, Klook is a no-brainer for the Seoul-to-Busan route. It’s fast, the tickets are on your phone, and it leaves you more time to focus on which Busan pork soup spot you’re hitting first. Pro tip: If you want to nap or work, look for the quiet cars. Otherwise, the regular cars are perfectly fine and usually have a very chill atmosphere.

Easy booking on Klook. KTX train was fast and on time as always in Korea. Ticket was not checked by the KTX personnel. Thus I can't rate this part of the trip.

Train was good, I did not need any print ticket klook's ticket was enough! Busan is wonderful you should definetly visit beaches and villages. But klook customer service is too slow.
