Making a claim
Amy makes a No-show Refund claim on Klook. She can do this anytime up to her intended participation date.

Claim approved
Within 14 days, Amy's claim is approved and she'll get 60% of her money back
How to claim
Step 1
Find your booking
Go to the Bookings page and find the booking you bought with a No-show Refund
Step 2
Make a claim
Select the booking, go to its details page and select "Claim"
Step 3
Submit & finish
Fill out the Claim form and hit submit!
How to buy
Step 1
Right before checking out, find the No-show Refund option under Upgrades
Step 2
Hit the checkbox, finish your booking and you're good to go!
