Meiji-mura was a lovely place to spend half a day. It was easy to walk around and getting the one-day bus pass (¥500) was nice to have, but not necessary. Don't waste money on the locomotive pass (¥1000). The steam train and street cars span a short distance on the outside fringes of the park so you don't get to see the buildings up close. Inuyama Castle in comparison, was underwhelming. The queue for the stairs to the top took more than 30 min. You need to stay in the queue and can only walk clockwise once around the top floor. Very steep and narrow staircases up four storeys. The view at the top was amazing though. Finally, buyers need to take note that a printed hard copy of the voucher is needed to be exchanged for passes at the Meitetsu station. The ticket officer needs to collect it, so the mobile version in your phone won't do.

It’s beautiful and crowded. There are several small shrines nearby. You can also go to collect the imperial seals. However, tour groups also come often. If there are many people, the place will be small.

This time I was lucky enough to happen upon this beautiful Meiji Village. There were not many people in it and there were more Japanese locals. The maple leaves were red and beautiful. Every place was antique and easy to take pictures.

It's a place worth visiting at least once. I was debating whether to go to Gifu or Inuyama, and then I found out about this product and bought it. If you exchange the voucher at Meitetsu Nagoya Station, you will receive a round-trip ticket, a castle entrance ticket, and a stamp card that can be used for three coupons at shops around the castle town. It was cold so I couldn't use it, but the view from the castle was really nice.

Bought attraction package, cheaper than buying yourself on site, change tickets are very convenient just scan the qr code, however this attraction is in the suburbs, my mobile phone signal is a bit weak, load several times to succeed

A very convenient package, but the station in Nagoya is too big, so it takes a while to find the exchange location. The package includes an Inuyama Castle admission ticket, and discount coupons for old streets are available.
