Bai Tu Long Bay tours

An amazing day trip! The Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay tour from Hanoi is a must-do. The scenery is breathtaking with turquoise waters and dramatic limestone cliffs. The boat was comfortable, the crew was friendly, and the included Vietnamese lunch was delicious. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in quieter areas of Lan Ha Bay, which felt like a hidden gem compared to the busier Ha Long Bay. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Fantastic experience of Ha Ling Bay. Smooth journey to and flo except initial difficulties to find the pick up point. everything went well and enjoy the tour on Amanda Cruise very much. Cruise Captain Dan is humorous and experienced.

Our tour guide, Tony, was kind and helpful throughout the trip. The meals provided were generally good and clean. The places we visited were truly magnificent. However, I do have a couple of comments: the quality of the cocktails was below expectations, and the sudden change in the kayaking location did not meet the level of beauty I had anticipated.

I was able to enjoy a very luxurious cruise journey. Although there weren't many menus that suited the taste of Koreans, the bread and desserts were really high quality! The schedule was also very full and tight. However, the guide who explained in the cave explained better than other teams. The swimming pool was really nice. The massage therapist's massage was also really great. The only regret was that the schedule was full and there wasn't enough time to enjoy the nice facilities, but it was so, so good. This time I came with a friend, but next time I want to come as a couple or as a family. I will post a good review on Instagram and Google^^ IG: @yoongmiinkiim

As someone who likes a balance of outdoorsy physical activities and relaxing while sightseeing, the Signature Cruise itinerary fit me best. The Vung Vieng fishing village scenery was really beautiful even in rainy weather, and it was interesting to see the wooden houses on the water while kayaking. The hiking at Thien Canh Son island was also great with beautiful scenery inside the limestone caves and at the beach. It was not too tiring and the rest of the time was spent enjoying the breathtaking views from the ship restaurant and top deck. The junior suite room is also well maintained and very clean. The guide and crew are exceptional! Mr Morning the ship guide was simply the best, very warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the region. We also received a surprise birthday celebration during dinnertime and it was truly special for my 40th birthday. I would definitely recommend this cruise for their awesome crew and facilities onboard, incredible value for money.

Our Halong Bay trip with Cozy Travel Agency unfortunately didn’t push through due to bad weather, which was understandable as safety is a priority. They collected only a 300k for pickup fee and buffet lunch, which felt fair. The pickup was timely, and the tour guide was friendly, though it was a bit unprofessional when he removed his shoes after the tour and on the way back to Hanoi. 🤢The buffet lunch was excellent, offering a delicious variety that catered to all tastes. Overall, Cozy Travel showed professionalism in handling the situation, despite the disappointment. 😄

We were transferred to the Aquamarine cruise due to some air condition issues in some cabins on Emotion cruise. Hence, this review refers to Aquamarine cruise! + Excellent staff and service. + Balcony and jacuzzi in each cabin. + Overall great food (especially the 5-course dinner, very impressive! Multiple choices at lunch, breakfast and brunch) + Very luxury atmosphere - Activities felt a bit rushed (only 1 hour to treek/swim at Ti Top island and do kayaking in Luon cave). - Note: Bring enough cash (drinks not included, western prices, no card payments)

Everything was perfect! Our tour guide and the cruise staff were excellent & the bus ride was comfortable 👌🏼 The food served in the cruise was amazing and our tour guide Tom helped us book bus to Ninh Binh after the tour as we were not going back to Hanoi. Highly recommend this cruise for anyone who wants to spend 1 Night in Ha long Bay.
