Review for Kyoto and Nara Day Tour from Tokyo via Klook ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I booked the Kyoto and Nara Day Tour from Tokyo on Klook, and it was an exceptional experience! Here’s why this tour is a must for anyone wanting to explore the cultural gems of Japan: Highlights: 1. Hassle-Free Booking Klook made the booking process incredibly simple. The details of the itinerary and inclusions were clear, and the confirmation was sent promptly after payment. 2. Comfortable Transport The tour used a shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto, which was an exciting and comfortable experience. The guided portion included a private bus that made traveling between the sites in Kyoto and Nara stress-free. 3. Amazing Destinations • Kyoto: Visiting the iconic Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) was breathtaking. Walking through the historic streets of Gion and experiencing the serene atmosphere at Fushimi Inari Shrine (with its famous red torii gates) was unforgettable. • Nara: The Todai-ji Temple and its massive Buddha statue were awe-inspiring. Plus, feeding the friendly deer in Nara Park was a delightful highlight for me! 4. Knowledgeable Guide Our guide was fantastic—fluent in English and incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and significance of each site. They made the experience both educational and enjoyable. 5. Well-Organized Itinerary Even though it was a packed day, the tour was well-paced. We had enough time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the sites without feeling rushed. 6. Convenient Add-Ons The lunch option was a great addition. The traditional Japanese meal in Kyoto was delicious and added to the cultural immersion. Tips for Future Travelers: • Wear comfortable walking shoes—there’s a lot of walking involved, especially at Fushimi Inari Shrine and Nara Park. • Bring some snacks for the journey, especially for the train ride back to Tokyo. • If you’re traveling in cooler months, dress in layers to stay warm during the outdoor activities. Overall: This tour was the perfect way to experience the rich history and beauty of Kyoto and Nara in a single day. Klook’s service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to maximize their time while exploring Japan’s cultural treasures! Would I book through Klook again? Without a doubt!

This day tours truly value to book because it allows you to experience the beautiful scenery in every tourist attraction. My hubby and I had a really great experience and joyous moment without worrying how we could reach each popular tourist attraction. Highly recommend to book this day tours.

Chair lift highly recommended. Miyama town and Ine were such a sight to see. itinerary was well paced and duration was comfortable. Booked an english guide but the entire tour was in mandarin. Instructions in where to go, meet or the duration of the jouney was all over the place too. Been on other kllok tours before. This is a first.

The tour was very informative and interesting. The guide, Maria, was very engaging, funny and provided much knowledge and context behind the places we visited. She was very considerate, waiting for the others while they were taking a break. Overall, I would highly recommend going on this experience, especially for first-timers in Kyoto and Nara, for people keen about nature and architecture, and for those who are quite fond of deer... :)

Although just a short time in Miyama Village, I feel well spent, taken lots of photos, the scenery is beautiful and it’s so peaceful and not crowded when we were there. Ine Bay cruise is really crazy experience, not only we were crowded with tourists, we were also crowded with lots of seagulls and eagles too, after the whole cruise we were covered with ……….!!! , due to time constraints, do not have opportunity to visit the cafes there . Last destination is Ama-no-Hashidate, took a cable car to Kasamatsu Park, view the iconic‘Rising Dragon View’ a awesome place . My guide and drivers was very caring. An incredible experience .

Our group had a fantastic time on this day tour to Kyoto with Limon. Our guide Kou was so sweet and informative, definitely brought some additional joy to our time there. The areas have some great stores which made for fantastic gift giving amd eating. Also, for a heads up; there is one or two parts you will need to buy tickets for when there for 500 yen per (adult) ticket.

Today's adventure brought us 2 hours away from Osaka, all the way to Nagashima-cho, Kuwana-shi, Mie prefecture which is just outside Nagoya. This was actually the 2nd part of the tour but it was so special that it deserves its own post! I was just curious and interested to see the ilumination of lights in the trees and garden based on reviews I saw so was just expecting that. Little did we know we were in for a bigger surprise when we saw such beautiful gardens and flowers of all kinds in full bloom! Some bigger than our hand! Our favorite are the flowers especially Begonias inside 3 big green houses! To cap the evening, we enjoyed the illumination of light show which was so beautifully coordinated with the background music. Weather also cooled down sans rain so it was just perfect! Highly recommended day tour 🥰

I was worried that it would be canceled because there was a forecast for rain yesterday and today in Osaka, but luckily it didn't rain while the bus was running, which was nice. They provided blankets, but it was a bit cold. The bus seats were very close together, and the Japanese couple behind me talked so loudly that my ears started bleeding. Japan has the same time zone as Korea, but the sun sets much earlier. At first, I tried to book the 7:10 bus, but it wasn't available, so I chose the 5:10 bus. It would have been even colder if I had chosen the 7:10 bus. The Midosuji lighting was pretty.
