There weren't many Korean reviews, so I was worried a lot, but the 7th floor that I used was clean and spacious. It was perfect for a family of four. I stayed here for 2 nights and Sotetsu for 2 nights, and my elementary school-aged child said he liked Hoo House better than Sotetsu (because it's bigger). There's a Carrefour right across the street, a Starbucks on the first floor of the building, and the Ningxia Night Market if you walk a bit. However, it's more inconvenient to go to the accommodation after going to other tourist attractions than Sotetsu.
