I don't think I can really convey how awesome our tour was. it all starts with the guide, our guide Endo was the most sincere and knowledgeable local who invited us into his part of the world with open arms. we were lucky enough to have only the 2 of us on tour so it was really personal. the temple/town was incredible with such strong history of peace and war, the hike was unreal "very easy" fyi. but what a beautiful part of the world. thank you Endo for an incredible time, wish to see you again

Not sure if it was intended but my tour guide was the miso company’s CEO who spoke great english. Lunch was really nice, all the items were made with miso. At the end you also get a bag of goodies: a shirt, a jar of their 3 year aged miso, etc. Definitely check it out if you are in Matsumoto.

The room is clean, nice and smells good. Drinking water is provided. But women's public baths are kept short. And time starts too fast Entering the dark residence Not using the service and the bathroom has a small sink Long faucet is not convenient to use.

location was pretty good, few streets from train station, offers welcome drink and supper that we never tried. has onsen which was good, can check congestion level from room. staff was very helpful and helped with a midnight bedsheet change after my baby vomited. very happy with stay. booked for 3 adults 1 baby, provided 4 beds, 2 on the floor, but walking is challenging, luckily we are happy with 3 beds and actually squeezed into 2 beds for the 2 night stay.
