The leader was kind and lovely. He gave clear explanations and went to the designated location to explain the itinerary. The performance was good. It is recommended to take a one-day tour for convenience.

The tour guide Li Xiangrong speaks fluent Japanese and Chinese, is professional, and is very familiar with the scenic spots. Some group members lingered on the scenic spots, but the tour leader did not rush them away. They ran around for fear that the group members would get lost. Aso Mountain Volcano was suddenly able to be visited in time for the yellow light. The tour leader did not even have to rush the group members to get on the bus because of the delay in the trip. The group members were allowed to take pictures slowly before setting off. When we arrived at Kurokawa Hot Spring, our group members were allowed to soak in the hot springs slowly without being rushed. Back in the city, the entire trip has been delayed for more than an hour, but the tour leader is still smiling, recommending places for dinner and providing first-class service.

We had the best time viewing autumn leaves in this region of Japan! Our tour guide, Daisy, was very helpful and approachable. She shared stories and information about the tour spots that piqued our interest and made the trip more meaningful. Be prepared for a lot of uphill walks and a tight schedule. Best to have snacks/food with you because the itinerary is packed, there’s no time to have for lunch.

Guide Sangpil was our guide and he was so kind and fun! It was my first time traveling alone and taking a bus tour for the first time, and it was a great experience. He was a great person who cared for and looked after each person! Of course, the course was good and it was a fulfilling bus tour. I will go to Japan again in the first and second half of next year and I think I will use the Waku Waku bus tour then too! 🎄🇯🇵🎅☃️

I went on a tour of Yufuin with guide Jin. He was so kind, and he explained things so clearly that I could hear him, and he even took great jump shot photos while bending his knees. It was a truly enjoyable tour. I have no regrets. Have a comfortable and enjoyable trip with Raku Tour. Highly recommended🥰 Thank you again, guide Jin. Thanks to you, I was able to make happy memories with my now-grown-up son~^^
