I fully recommended this tour package, the trip was fully organized and we really enjoy every moment. Our tour guide namely Joey was great and not to forget the driver (cannot remember his name) was excellent on the road. The vegetarian blunch was prepared for us.

I booked Alova but was unfortunately not operating on said date. Hanoi Sonata was given as replacement. Very good service. Food was great, everything was well organized. Paul our tour guide was so amusing and funny.

Halong bar is one of the main highlights of the North Vietnam tour that you should not miss. everything is arranged and execute according. Highly recommend to join this service.

Paradise Elegance was fully booked, and we were upgraded to the Paradise Peak Suite Room, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. With only 14 guests onboard, the staff’s attention to detail was impeccable. The entire team—from the captain and bartender to the cruise manager and tour staff—was exceptional, making our trip truly memorable. The food was outstanding, with dishes like steak and lobster, and the tours were well-planned and enjoyable. Special thanks to Susan, who reached out to confirm our reservation and arranged the upgrade.

I finally completed a bucket list. Halong Bay is beautiful, but don’t expect too much about the food and drinks on the boat. Drinks are all charged. Other than that, it’s worth a visit. The tour guide and transportation are pretty good.

The two-day, one-night five-star cruise experience in Halong Bay is well worth a visit. This time I was assigned to the Alisa Cruise, which was overall very good. The tour bus is new, clean and comfortable, the driver is safe to drive, the tour guide is attentive and easy to communicate with, the yacht and catering are above the standard, the entire package is worth the price, and I will buy it again if I have the opportunity.
