Things to do in Gwangmyeong Cave

Our tour with Alice today was the perfect slower-paced tour to finish our wonderful honeymoon to Korea (and Japan). Our driver Michael also made our journey smooth. Highly recommend this tour to see a different side to the city and explore more history about the Joseon Dynasty.

We had our day in Suwon on a cloudy Saturday in April. They had clear instructions on meeting time and place and the driver is very polite. This is a lovely place with the UNESCO site which is the Suwon ancient fortress. This is a fortress that spreads out a big area of the city so I think exploring by car/joining a local tour is the best way. Our guide Juno is very attentive and caring and he always found the optimal moment to enter the palace/hall so as to avoid the crowd. We have ample time to have lunch in the mall and take photos in the Starfield library. Some of our buddies even managed to queue up to try the famous London Bagel Museum in the mall. The last stop was a cave which was built around 100 years ago and was now decorated with colourful lights. We enjoyed a vibrant light show there. Overall I highly recommend this trip!

The tour guide Lily was very experienced, very friendly, and very attentive to us the itinerary was not too rushed, let us have a relaxing day the most beautiful is the Cave, did not expect such a place in Seoul.

The tour guide Jack was very attentive, notifying the pick-up time at the hotel that day via WhatsApp the day in advance and providing the vehicle's photo license plate for easy information. On the same day he arrived at the hotel and WhatsApp notified, the entire hotel pick-up was very convenient.

we had a lovely time with our guide, K. she is well informed about the route and shared interesting history about the fortress and cave. the pace was good and not too rushed. had a wonderful day with her!

The botanic garden was a really warmly and lovely place for you to visit. There was a monorail to ride so you could see the whole area.
