it was a wonderful experience to see snow at the Kokusai Snow resort. The travel guide was helpful and tried to make sure we were comfortable and safe despite the weather of heavy snow. I did not get my ski cable car tickets in my package due to some hicups. however, the guide did get it for me last minute and kiddos to her. overall, it's a good experience and value for $ day tour package for skiing and snowboarding

Participate in activities with your family. We are all skiing for the first time. This package is very suitable for beginners. It includes a full set of equipment and professional teaching from scratch by the instructor. Although it was difficult to get started with skating for the first time and it was very tiring to carry the board uphill, it was a fun experience.

This ski resort is very good. It is very friendly to beginners. 1. The beginner trail is very wide 2. The beginner trail is very long 3. The beginner trail has a few gentle slopes. The tour guide girl provided humanized service, was enthusiastic, and answered our questions

Coach Aya was very attentive and explained how to wear ski boots at the beginning. Learned parallel taxiing, braking and turning in a half-day course. It’s a great experience for novice skiers! In addition, Coach Aya really wants to teach us about skiing. He doesn’t just let us experience it, but also allows us to maintain balance on our own instead of relying on walking sticks.

We are a family of 4, learning snowboarding for the first time. Aya, the instructor, was really patient and kind. Right from the beginning, she taught us how to safely to put the shoes on and covered it with the inside layer of our pants and binded them to the board. As each of us has different pace of learning, Aya splitted the group after teaching all the basic stuff. At the end of the day Aya brought my boys up the Hill by Gondola and they said they learned a lot from Aya up there and made their way down happily. Aya left us both, the parent, on the learning area to keep practice sliding and most importantly how to stop. We indeed had fun but very tiring. However, Aya comforted us by showing us lots of great pictures of the boys she took when she was teaching the boys sliding down the hill. Aya took a great picture of us at the end and it was a great shot! Thanks so much Aya.
