We had the best day travelling to see the snow monkeys and having a yummy beef sukiyaki lunch. Our guide, Thomas, put so much effort into making sure everyone had a great day, he and the two drivers were fantastic.

the lunch was nice that was included in our tour. the snow monkeys were the highlight. very cute and roam around freely. it was winter so it was very cold and slippery other wise its very cool to see them in their own habitat.

Amazing experience! We explored the temple and learned about the history, we did a sake tasting then drove an hour to the monkey park where we had a delicious hot pot for lunch and then saw the monkeys. the walk to see the monkeys was steep and slippery and did go on for a fair bit, so keep that in mind if you have an mobility issues, however, the experience this tour provided was amazing and both tour guides were very friendly and helpful!

I LOVED THE SNOW MONKEY TOUR it was great. the bus ride was long though and the lunch was good. the monkeys are great. I recommend getting the spikes from the shop to help walk up the mountain.
