I signed up for a Kyoto bus tour for my family trip to Osaka. I thought about going on a private subway ride with my family, but there were so many people in Kyoto that I thought I would get tired before I even started traveling, so I ended up booking a Raku Tour. I think the main reason why people hesitate to go on a day tour is because they are worried that they will run out of time at tourist attractions and end up not being able to properly tour them. But when I tried Raku Tour, I found that the time allocation was sharp and each tourist attraction was set up to fit perfectly. And the thing that satisfied me the most about Raku Tour was the guide. Yuni-chan <-- This person is full of energy and her explanations were very good. She is a hybrid who is a guide, a photographer, and a guide. At the end, she ends with Park Chan-ho-level travel information on delicious restaurants. I applaud my choice of Raku Tour for this trip.

An awesome experience. This castle is the highlight of Osaka. The castle opens at 9:00am and we got there at 9:30. The crowd was manageable. You’ll pass through 2 gates before reaching the castle with beautiful scenery along the way. There are two lines for buying tickets. The QR code line and the regular line. The regular line is for buying tickets on the spot and was long. The QR code line is short and moves very quickly. Buying your tickets through Klook gives you that QR code. After you take the stairs going up you’ll see two lanes. The left lanes takes the elevator and goes directly to the 5th floor whereas the right lane allow visitors to explore each floor and make their way up using stairs. We took the elevator and worked our way down exploring each floor. It’s just easier that way. The whole castle from the side is turned into a museum with a lot of artifacts on each floor and history. You can’t take photos on the 4th and 3rd floor and washrooms are on the 2nd floor. It took us nearly 3 hours to finish exploring the castle. I highly recommend buying your tickets using Klook and skipping the line. Totally worth it

Thanks to our Tour guide Ms CC, the whole journey was pleasant. Even though the scenic spots are far from Osaka, the travel distance between each of them is within 30-40mins. What’s more, the view is gorgeous and breathtaking, making every minute spent on travelling worth it. Apart from that, Ms CC is considerate enough to offer recommendations and take photos for us in each spot. All in all, I would definitely suggest this package to prospective visitors.

This was my first time using Osaka-Kyoto Raku Tour, and I was truly satisfied! I tend to get stressed out when preparing for a trip, so I decided to just trust them and leave it to them, and it was a really good choice. The guide, Unichan, was kind and pointed out key points, so even I, who wasn't very interested in history, was able to listen to it with interest. In particular, I think I would have just taken pictures of Fushimi Inari Shrine and Arashiyama Bamboo Forest if I hadn't had a guide. Thanks to this, I was able to gain cultural depth and it was a really fulfilling day. In addition, the transportation was easy and the route was neatly organized, so I felt much less tired even though I walked around all day. Above all, I really liked the relaxed, unobtrusive, and natural atmosphere even though it was a group tour. The little tips she gave me here and there about good restaurants and photo spots were really great tips. If I ever get a chance to come to Osaka or Kyoto with my parents, I will definitely book with Raku Tour again. I highly recommend it!

This is a nice experience to do. We were taught by Hayato who is really nice and patient. It is really educational and give the right steps to enjoy matcha.

The best view you can get. Please get the booklet before wandering around. You'll see there the Tsutenkaku Tower, Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, and many more landmarks. This is the best observation deck I've seen so far. Thanks, Klook for the easy booking. By the way, the food at the restaurant on the 58 floor was delicious. I got takoyaki and pasta bolognese. too bad I can only upload 6photos. it was terrific btw 🥰
