Things to do in Entopia

Love the longest water slide ! So much fun as the water slide was long and full of exciting turns ! The wheel sledge is exciting too as we went all the way down to the steep slope !!!

Went early to avoid the the crowds and also so I could by the slow funicular ticket and now have to wait long. The habitat was excellent saw some monkeys and butterflies. Had amazing views on the skyway of the tropical forest. Definitely worth going if you go to Penang Hill. After completing the walk a golf cart picks you up and returns you to the starting point.

Would highly recommend Entopia to any of our friends really! our bug-loving son had a blast and I was very impressed by the quality of the whole exhibition and experience. We were early too and managed to beat the crowd which made the trip even more pleasant.

Serene and tranquil. Away from the city's hustling and bustling. Cool climate and perfect for a early morning walk.

A very nice,easy (flat) ride in the countryside with a very convenient pick up and drop off from my hotel. The guide shares lots of interesting information about Malaysian culture produce and animals. Lots of nice photo opportunities too in nature too.

The butterfly and insect garden area has a variety of exhibits. There are exhibition rooms with beautiful lighting. The area is larger than expected. Traveling by bus number 101 from Gorgetown is quite far, taking about 1 hour.

This is the Penang Hill Ecological Park and does not include cable car tickets, which must be purchased separately. The ecological park can be reached by taking the cable car up the mountain and then walking for a while. I personally don’t think it is necessary to go there as there is nothing special inside. The observation deck in the promotional photo is very large, but it is not easy to take photos inside, so the photos are not good-looking.

In addition to butterflies, the museum also has many insects. Children will probably like it very much, but if you are afraid of insects, you should be mentally prepared. The park has a rich exhibition area, and the equipment is well maintained and does not look old. The ticket price is worth it. The ventilation inside is also good, even if there is no air conditioning, it won’t be too hot.
