ha long bay was a great experience... cruising through the bay n visiting the different islands n caves was fun experience... buffet was excellent...worth the money ...Robbin our guide was helpful n great ...overall a great experience

very pretty- I enjoyed it. helpful guide. You don’t need to arrive at 18:30 as gates open then and you can spend time strolling around the grounds until the light mapping starts at 19:30 ( 20 mins before light mapping is fine!)

Informative guide. Comfortable ride with two stops and the bus was on time for pick up. Lunch had enough options for vegetarians and vegans. I would recommend staying a night. I found it a short stay to admire the whole village.

It was my elderly mother (71 years old) and my daughter (42 years old)'s first trip to Hanoi. We didn't have time to go to Halong Bay, but we were looking for a tour that would let us understand Vietnamese culture and history as much as possible and that could be done in a small group without any stress. As a result, it was a great choice. The interpreter, Duy, is a veteran and not only knowledgeable, but also adjusted the tour so that we could go around the tourist spots efficiently without any stress. We were very satisfied with the tour information and the famous pho at the last stall. We weren't interested in shopping, but the high-end souvenir shops (we enjoyed the explanation of the folk crafts even if we didn't buy anything) and the supermarket (distributed goods and cheap tea for ourselves) were a good way to take a break. I think Hanoi would be tiring from the crowds and moving around without a guide. Overall, it was a very good value tour.

I think the tour is perfect already as the itinerary is not that packed and we have enough time to chill and see around the place. Tour guide is very knowledgeable & willing to do extra miles to help. I will recommend this tour to my friends if they have plan to visit halong bay 😃

the performance and 3D mapping were very good. perhaps the 3D mapping could do with more narration or subtitles. the activities on site could be better managed by the staff. the VR activity was quite fun though

The tour guide is very good. Although the drive is a bit long, the scenery is beautiful. It is recommended to stay in the resort for 2 days.

I was able to sightsee efficiently in a short amount of time. The guide walked quickly.
