We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, with one of them being a fellow Filipino, which made our experience even more memorable. The quality of the food was outstanding, offering a delightful array of delicious dishes. Additionally, the room was not only impeccably clean and comfortable but also surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Hong Kong, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent service provided throughout our time in the hotel. The location of the hotel is also ideal, It is situated in close proximity to the MTR, making it easily accessible for all guests.

The hotel is close to the airport with free shuttle. Amenities are nice and clean.

Good, neat stay option. pickup facilities to the nearest metro station was smooth.

The location is very close to the airport and Disneyland, but a bit far from the city center. However, there is an airport express line, so you can walk from the lobby to the station. The shuttle bus to the airport is also very convenient. The only downside is that there are no vending machines or anything like that, which is not very convenient if you're hungry at night. Everything else is very good, the attitude is also very good, highly recommended. Will consider returning for a visit.

11/10 experience. the price is all worth it. all requests were accomodated. they even make sure our room is clean whenever were out for a trip. you’ll be surprised that even without make up room request, the staff cleans our room and all things are secured! thumbs up to all the staff. 👍 the buffet breakfast are all tasteful. definitely be a loyal customer of this hotel for our next hongkong trip.

2 thumbs up most definitely! The location, room size, amenities, and staff were SUPERB! Ms. Amanda at the front desk was such an angel. Night view from our room at the 15F was amazing! They also have complimentary shuttle bus that will take hotel guests to Tung Chung MTR & the Airport.

this place is a 100/10… i booked a cheap hostel in chungking mansion but they cancelled it same day of our flight even though it was paid. yes! they did that to us.. it was so stressful considering all budget hotel were all sold out and those more expensive hotels are your only options left. but Novotel is a savior. it is a bit expensive but you got free shuttle bus to and from airport,a delicscious breakfast buffet and a big and comfortable room with bathtub.. plus the location is so accesible specially if you will go to macau and disneyland.. ngongping 360 is walking distance, MTR and buses are just on the groundfloor.. famous bakehouse is also there, . will definitely stay here again when i go back to hongkong…
