really a very pleasant experience. sleeper bus from HK Buslines is very good and comfortable. the information coordinated by Klook and HK Buslines is very good. so I did not have any difficulty during the pick-up time. basically you all must experience the sleeper bus experience with HK Buslines. good job!!

I booked the last show at 20:00, but it was packed with people. I saw the ticket exchange place when I arrived, but there was no mention of Klook, so I looked for other places. However, I was able to exchange the ticket immediately after showing the reservation page. I booked a VIP ticket, so I was able to watch it up close in the middle seat of the second row from the front.

We had an amazing experience with our trip and tour guide! Kelvin was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of each site we visited, sharing fascinating stories and insights that made everything come alive. He was also extremely helpful with taking photos—always making sure we got great shots and never rushing us. I was traveling with my parents, and he was very understanding and patient throughout the day, always attentive to our pace and needs. His kindness and professionalism truly made our trip memorable. Exploring Hanoi at night from the top of a double decker bus was truly a unique experience. The tour started on time at the Hanoi Opera House with the ticket booth to redeem the tickets just nearby. Sanitized earphones were provided for the recorded commentary which provided interesting insights into the city's landmarks and history. The bus route covered a lot of the key areas, giving a good overview of Hanoi's nighttime ambiance. It was a relaxing way to travel between different stops without having to worry about taxis or navigating unfamiliar streets in the dark. I would recommend this tour as you can experience the city's vibrant nightlife and illuminated landmarks with comfort and convenience.

Vicsapa provided great service. They upgraded our twin room to a king-size room, which was more comfortable. They also helped us carry our luggage across the overpass, which was very tiring. The journey was safe and everything was wonderful.
