Hotels near 40-Step Culture and Tourism Theme Street

Everything was good with this accommodation. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and with good service. Breakfast is different but good and diverse.

it is a great hotel if you plan to have an overnight stay in Busan, it is near BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Place is cozy and clean. It is also near a bus stop and subway station. Only downside is that it is contactless, so no in-person staff and you have to connect via Line/KakaoTalk to have your room reservation and password and other questions. Make sure you have the app and account. Fortunately, staffs are responsive. Also they don't provide toothbrush but give 2 bottled water. so far it is a great stay!

Room well heated not cold weather, reception staff available, attentive to the customer, friendly. Reasonable price, location of the hotel close to everything, just missing the laundry but several laundromats are located around for 3000 won for washing and 3000 for drying (Cleantopia Coin Wash 365) the owner of the laundromat is very helpful. Some will not be satisfied but I did other hotels with sea view and it was horrible (connect hotel). Below photo of a restaurant where we are welcomed and we eat like kings.

It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Nampo and Jungang Station, and is also very close to Lotte Mart. Fortunately, we were changed to a harbour view room on the 16th floor. The only drawback was that the elevator was slow.

I enjoyed my two-night stay in this hotel. The room is compact and cosy with heated floor to keep you warm during the colder nights. It has the basic amenities one needs. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The hotel staff are polite and will show you on Google maps how to get to the various places. It is situated well; close to the port and within walking distance to a few markets, like the Jalgachi market, dried food market, BIFF Square, Gukje Market, Gwangbokdong Food Street, etc. It is close to the train station too, but I didn't get to take the train during this trip. I enjoyed the early morning walk to the fish market, seeing the hawkers setting up the stalls and hawking their seafood, cooking food, etc. There will be fishy smell in some parts, but this is part of the experience. I would recommend this to someone who likes an authentic local experience.

The location is a no-brainer. The bedding is truly amazing. It's Simmons, and it's just too bad that the general public can't buy it...ㅠ It's the best

They say it was built in 1979, but the rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was great value for money!! It was so delicious. I walked to Gukje Market and Yongdusan Tower because they were close by. However, the only regret is that there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the amenities... The sauna is only for men. When I was sleeping, the small refrigerator kept spinning... It was really annoying. Earplugs? I think I need them. (Am I sensitive?)
