Asahikawa Ramen Village tours

We had a good experience with the guide and driver during our trip. The guide was excellent—very clear in explaining the historical background and sharing interesting stories about the animals, which made the journey both educational and enjoyable. And he always lookout for time so that we had enough time to visit all the place we want to go. indeed we had a good experience in riding the snow mobil. The driver was careful and ensured a smooth ride throughout, making us feel safe on the road. However, one downside was that the bus did not have a functioning heater, which made the journey uncomfortable, especially in colder weather. It would be great if this could be addressed for future trips. Overall, a good trip with a knowledgeable guide and a responsible driver.

this was my 2nd tour with the same company on consecutive days. I would say the Asahiyama zoo was great, but the tree visit was disappointing. Since we already did snowmobiling the day before at the Noboribetsu tour, I used the time to take some drone shots at Shikisai-no-aka, a perfect place to fly a drone if you have one! lastly, the stop at Ningle Terrace was okay, but a little overhyped in my opinion. all in all, a good experience still.

the staff can speak English and she is nice and explain everything in details. tho we stopped in every spot for a short time, but the transportation is good.

I love this trip and every activity we had. The guide was accommodating and bus was smooth going. Just take note that if it's snowing, it is expected that there are road blockages, so maybe they will reroute and may not follow the itinerary just like what we did. But we were still be able to visit it but not in the order we thought it would be. Overall, it was a good decision to take this trip if you want to explore Hokkaido

Our tour started about 30 minutes late, so the schedule felt a bit rushed. However, we managed to visit all the places and participate in all the events as planned. A big thanks to our driver and tour guide for making the best out of the situation!

You can go to remote Shirashu Falls and Green Pond with a group tour, which is very safe. The trip was also very smooth. The tour guide, Ms. Rita, is very professional. She clearly provides information on attractions and recommends updated Sapporo travel delicacies and good places. She is very considerate.

We really enjoyed this tour - everyone was very friendly and helpful. While there is an English translator, the tour guide speaks only Japanese so if you’re looking for thorough explanations this is not the tour for you. However, we were looking for a tour to efficiently take us to the zoo, blue pond, and tomita farm with independent time to explore so this was the perfect tour for us. I looked through many tours and this was one of the few to provide 2.5 hours at the zoo. Really efficient and seamless tour to see many beautiful places in one day! Price was fair given how far all of these locations are from Sapporo - would’ve been much harder and equally/more expensive to get to each place on your own without a car. Highly recommend this tour!

Although I didn't see any drift ice, it was really fun to see some glaciers and cute penguins. The guide can only speak Japanese, but he worked hard to help us with a translator, so we had a great trip. For your information, the crab meat rice bowls sold as lunch boxes are really not that good, so visit a restaurant or convenience store at the port where the drift ice boat tour takes place!
