저는 Aying was my tour guide for visiting Cheong Wa Dae and Gyeongbokgung Palace. She waited for me at the subway station entrance on time. On the way there, she explained in detail and introduced a lot of background information about the attractions. If I came by myself, I would definitely not know that there are so many stories "hidden" in Gyeongbokgung Palace. Aying's Chinese is very good, and she has a deep understanding of history and humanities, which is very helpful for me to understand the history and reality of Korea 🇰🇷. I made radish side dish with only Korean style soybean paste without using seasoning. I boiled radish, which is usually pickled as kimchi, squeezed it by hand, and made radish side dish with soybean paste, red pepper powder, garlic, green onion, and sesame seeds. It was said to be Jeolla-do food. Mr. Lim said that since he is a pure Jeolla-do person, when you cook food, you say Jeolla-do, and indeed, the side dish tasted amazing. It was a time when I was really treated to a splendid banquet. It is a shame not to visit this restaurant.
