Had an amazing time with Go West Tour - GumNut & Jools. Love Jools for her sense of humour, keeping us entertained during the long ride & being really patient with every single one, there’s 24 of us. Recommending this to anyone who want to explore beyond Melbourne city.

The guide Yu is very good and has rich driving experience. He will make changes at any time to make the itinerary smoother. The content of the tour along the road is also very rich. I recommend the guide Yu!

Lorraine was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable of the good spots for koala-sightseeing! The history of the places were explained in an engaging way. However, as we have many things to see, we only have limited amount of time on each spot. But overall, I highly recommend it.

I had such a wonderful day on the Great Ocean Road, Vance looked after me by helping me on the bus after every stop, as I had a walking stick & had a little trouble & being the oldest on the tour didn’t deter me on seeing what I could! Thank you so much Vance for taking the time to care for everyone of all ages on the day, it was very enjoyable indeed!

The trip went great. Our guide/driver, Steven, was such a joyful person. Main announcements were done in Chinese but he also translated for us non-chinese speakers. The only "kind of weird" situation is, the organizers ask 5$ cash as mandatory tip for the guide, which I beleive is cumbersome for people who don't use cash. I didnt use cash at all while I was in Australia, except for this tip. I only had euros/USDs with me. Steven was kind enough to accept tip in euros and return me the remaining amount in AUD. This situation could be avoided by adding 5 extra dollars to the trip price and paying the driver directly. Anyways, not a big deal either way. Overall, the charming personality of Steven made the trip feel really good, so Kudos to him. Oh, and, he is such a great photographer. ❤️

It was a fun yet interesting day tour to visit the coastline spots, rainforest walk and koalas spotting! Lorraine was so knowledgeable and friendly. The tour arranged the pick up and drop off at the hotel in city. Everything was amazing.

overall the trip was worth the drive all the way to the great ocean road. saw beautiful beaches and rock formation based on itinerary. unfortunately it rained during our trip so there were no sunset. but the guide was very accommodating and showed us another spot Gibson steps

A wonderful trip. The landscape is very beautiful. And very luckily we saw some koalas, parrots, and wallobies. Thanks to our guide, Mr. Han. He knows a lot of history. The MPV vehicle is very comfortable.
