kobe is such a nice place. very peaceful and not a lot of tourists unlike kyoto. you will enjoy the scenic spots for sure

give yourself at least 1.5hrs here. there 3 levels to explore, at the top floor you can see the view of port kobe.

it was a fun experience. the view from the top is just worthit. you just have to pay extra to be at the very top. staffs nice as well.
