The tour guide's English is very good. He will explain each scenic spot in detail. The medium-sized bus is very comfortable. The scenery of Tateyama in autumn is beautiful. You can walk easily or for a long time.

Although we booked an English tour guide, it happened that the tour guide had lived in Taiwan so he could speak Chinese, which was great👍. And because we went in the off-season of September in the summer, there were only two of us. Because of the off-season, the waiting time for the bus was very fast, about 5 pm We returned to Nagano Station at :45. The tour guide also very considerately recommended us the food and attractions in Nagano. Because we returned to Nagano Station early, he also recommended us to go to Zenkoji Temple and then walk along the old street back to the station. It was really interesting A wonderful fulfilling day. The tour guide who went up to Murodo also recommended that we can soak in the hot springs at Yamaya. Although the weather was unstable and it was raining and there was white mist and we couldn’t see anything, but it was cool and cool to soak in the hot springs♨️It was very comfortable😌Awesome👍

We were very thankful to our Travel guide “Dai” for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, a scenic route through the Northern Japanese Alps. We had a pleasant and relaxing trip thanks to a careful and reliable young man, who made us understand a lot of information and history about Tateyama Kurobe. Thank you to him and driver “Nishizawa San” for making us get through the full day of the trip safely. Also we made a new good friend from the UK. Thanks to his guidance, we had enough time to visit and enjoy the scenery.

Finally got to witness the Tateyama Kurobe snow wall although not as expected due to global warming. Pictures depicted in brochures was from more than a decade ago as informed by our guide Teddy. Teddy was informative and knowledgeable being a native of Nagano. He is meticulous and helpful and at times humourous. Enjoyed the experience going up to Murodo plateau and having fun in the snow although its already June. Kurobe dam was spectacular. A definite must and thank you Snow monkey tours and Teddy for an enjoyable experience.

I’ve been to Japan many times but this tour was surely the best I’ve experienced. Special credit goes to guide Jens who did everything he could (and more) to make the tour enjoyable. Jens is truly the best! Ample time was given for us to explore Murodo so it was not rushed at all. Scenery was so breathtaking that I cannot help but be tempted to join the same tour again in 2025. Hopefully, Jens can be our guide again.

English tour guide, 10-person small group, members are from the United States, Australia, Thailand, etc. Due to the variety of transportation options, Klook's itinerary saves the trouble of looking at transportation guides. The minibus goes from Nagano Station to Ogizawa, and Ogizawa and Murodo go back and forth. The tour guide has more free time at Kurobe Dam and Murodo, enjoying the snow scenery and fortunately seeing the Thunderbird from a distance. Departed at 8:15 in the morning and returned to Nagano Station at 6 pm, which was very smooth. The only complaint is that the meeting point is actually Nagano Station. Please confirm the meeting point again with Klook before departure. Klook customer service replied to Kokusai 21 Hotel that it was almost time to meet up, but the tour guide had not come yet. Fortunately, we contacted the local contact person and asked the master to pick us up at Kokusai 21 Hotel.
