I really enjoyed this trip, definitely worth the money. Although we wasn’t able to go to Ningle Terrace 🥲 because of the heavy snow, am still thankful that we had a safe trip coming back to Sapporo despite of the slippery road (kudos to the driver 🙌🏻).Also, thank you very much to Ms. Tracy, our tour guide, she’s very energetic, helpful (she voluntarily took photos during our snowmobiling session & offered to buy us lunch, how thoughtful 🥰) & soooo pretty. 💖

While looking into Biei bus tours, I heard that Indigo Tour had high satisfaction ratings, so I signed up. Even though I participated in the tour alone, I was able to make really good memories. The friendly guide and storytelling that made the long travel time not boring, the management for a smooth trip, the owner of the golden hand who could take the best photo right away, and even shared vivid information necessary for the trip were all very helpful. ps) I visited on January 1st and was about to give up on eating Junpei, but thanks to you, I was able to have a shrimp tempura rice bowl. Our tour guide Vivien was incredibly helpful! She not only gave us great tips at each location on the itinerary (eg penguin walk for the zoo, snowmobile at shikisai-no-oka, and the incredibly long toilet queues at Ningle Terrace) but she also put in the effort to take amazing photos for us. She knew the right angles and candid shots, which is what every girl wants when they’re travelling. Thanks Vivien, you’re a star!

I went on the Indigo Travel Biei Tour with Tochi-nim on December 27th ~ We met at 7:40 in the morning and the tour started (it was delayed by about 10 minutes due to bus circumstances ㅠㅠ) Everyone said that you must eat Junpei when you go to Biei, so thanks to Tochi-nim's early reservation, we had a delicious meal at Junpei restaurantㅎㅎ (I recommend the rice bowl with 4 shrimps)👍 After eating, we took a picture in front of the Christmas tree, and even though there were many groups, the picture was pretty! (Everyone says that the reality of Christmas trees is different from the ideal lol The real pictures came out pretty but it was -10 degrees that day ㅠㅠ It was really cold) After taking pictures, we also had fun sledding on Sagyechae Hill thanks to the early reservation. The Taksin Pavilion-Waterfall that followed was so cold and tiring that it was hard to take pictures ㅠㅠㅠ Still, it was great to see Ttochi-nim communicate with the travelers through 'Ttochi's Radio' time here and thereㅎㅎ You must have had a hard time with the bus delays, highway control, and the cold weather, but thank you so much Ttochi-nim for not losing your smile and continuing to be bright and take charge of our day today 😁😁 Oh and Ttochi-nim, happy birthday tomorrow🥳🎂

On the day of departure, the weather was cold but sunny, and the trip went smoothly. Although the subsequent trip was a bit rushed due to snowmobile activities in the afternoon, overall it went smoothly. Our tour leader Xiaowei is lively and nice. She has prepared a treasure bag like Doraemon. She can solve any needs of passengers. She is super cute. I give her 100% satisfaction and will return next time if I have the opportunity. Will recommend friends to join this group
