The staff are friendly and courteous. The hotel also organizes Thai clothing and massage activities from time to time. The breakfast items are also rich. At this price, there is nothing to be picky about.

The location is very convenient. Major shopping malls and a few night markets are just a few meters away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had every thing we need.

Wonderful experience! The free buggy service from the hotel to Siam Paragon mall was really convenient and helpful. The room was clean and posh. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were a plus. There were so many choices to choose from. There was an interesting and tasty selection of food at the club lounge during tea time and in the evening. The view from the club lounge was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful

Very convenient place to stay and everyday they clean you room. However they should add toothbrush and toothpaste.

The staff at the counter can speak Chinese, and there are free drinks and popcorn in the lobby, as well as Thai-style photos, but you need to make an appointment in advance. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, which is amazing and very filling.

I had an amazing 5-day, 4-night stay at The Residence Rajtaevee in Bangkok. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist. The hotel offers simple yet well-maintained amenities that met all my needs, with clean, cozy rooms and reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning—perfect for a comfortable stay. Though not a luxury hotel, it has a charming, homey atmosphere, and its convenient location made exploring Bangkok’s attractions and shopping spots effortless. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking friendly service and great value in a prime location.
