Great Ocean Road tours

It was a very enjoyable and convenient experience. We were able to visit many tourist attractions, though with the number of places on the itinerary, we only had a few minutes at each stop. This required us to be mindful of the time. Some stops offered enough time to take in the sights, but others felt rushed. If you're just looking to snap a quick photo and move on, it's perfectly fine. However, if you want to spend more time soaking in the views and capturing moments with friends and family, it might feel a bit short. Overall, it was a great experience and an excellent way to tour areas with stunning ocean views. The driver was knowledgeable, and the timing at each stop was ideal, as there weren't many other tourists around. I would highly recommend this tour to those seeking a convenient way to experience the beautiful Great Ocean Road.

Our tour guide Kiwi is extremely professional sharing us a lot of culture and history of Melbourne and the sightseeing spot. I can feel his energy and passion being a tour guide who even drove almost 5-6 hours to bring us to different area. Appreciated him so much.

Very good tour - eventhough it was a Chinese tour, Steven still spoke in English so that us, non-chinese could understand. Initially the microphone on the bus wasn't very clear, and after dropping us at Puffing Billy, he changed the bus and it was much easier for us to hear. What I found very cute was when he was driving and there was not much around, he prompted us to rest and as we were arriving he would annouce "wake up everybody"- i loved this. Gave us to opportunity to sleep because its a long tour. Pick up was on time and everything went smoothly. He even offered to take our photos which is great! At the Nobbies, he brought us to the burrow to see a baby penguin and made sure everyone saw it. He even had a hand drawn map of the Penguin parade and gave us really good tips on the place. Just wish that there was a way to contact them prior via whatsapp or email to get the option to upgrade the penguin plus. But glad i managed to do it at the location. The whatsapp only came in the day before and the person only replied me the day after tour ended. Overall i highly recommend this tour if you are limited on time and want to do everything on the same day.

I had such a wonderful day on the Great Ocean Road, Vance looked after me by helping me on the bus after every stop, as I had a walking stick & had a little trouble & being the oldest on the tour didn’t deter me on seeing what I could! Thank you so much Vance for taking the time to care for everyone of all ages on the day, it was very enjoyable indeed!

When we left Melbourne, it was raining heavily but fortunately it cleared up during the tour and we got quite some sunshine! we also got super lucky and saw not one but even two koalas!! the coastline was even prettier than expected and the dark clouds added a dramatic atmosphere. so much in just one day, highly recommended!

it was super fun and marvellous compared to a previous trip we had. our guide, Theo was amazing and he brought us to many different spots to spot the wild life and also, ample time for exploring each spot. at each location, Theo also gave great information for us to learn more about the site. am grateful for this wonderfully paced and amazing day trip with Wine and Hop tours!

Each attraction offers breathtaking scenery, but due to the packed itinerary, most stops allow for less than 30 minutes of sightseeing. If time permits, arranging a 2-day tour of the Great Ocean Road would provide a more relaxed experience. Our guide, Jimmy, was very friendly and accommodating. We were lucky enough to spot a wild koala during the trip. Moreover, at the group’s request, the guide made a special detour on the way back to visit a golf course where we could see wild kangaroos. As a solo traveler, I also met friendly group members who helped me take photos during the trip. This tour is highly recommended for those without their own transportation or for solo travelers.

An excellent day trip filled with fun memories! My experience with Blue Mountain Tours was truly amazing. The guide was incredibly friendly and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the journey. We stopped at a few picturesque spots, perfect for enjoying some snacks and observing koalas in their natural habitat. The combination of beautiful scenery, thoughtful planning, and a warm, knowledgeable guide made this a day to remember. Highly recommended!
