very convenient. walking distance to major shopping centre like Pavillion, Berjaya Times square and Fareinheit 88. Also near to many makan places and mini marts. great night view from the hotel. would be good if breakfast have more varieties. was given a great surprise with a cake on my birthday. thank you 😊

It is located near Pavilion Mall, Family mart, and mcdonalds and near MRT station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I love the politeness and warm welcome of the staffs. It was very easy to process the confirmation of hotel booking with them, regardless of platform you used. While I only booked the standard room, the room already have a vault, mini-fridge, electric kettle with refillable coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, and water, as well as a coworking area with lamp, a mini sofa, TV, glass table, and a great window view with adjustable curtains. Meanwhile, the bathroom consists for hair dryer, sets of bathroom towels of different sizes for your all your needs, dental and vanity kits, shower caps, and bottles of hand soap, shampoo, and body soap that are secured in the area, as well as shower that has temperature regulator. Definitely my favorite part was the bed of course with at least four pillows with either firm or soft feels, but I love all of it. I also want to highlight that you can manually regulate the airconditioning system to your need. In terms of the breakfast, I only tasted specific food since I have restrictions like scrambled egg, vegetarian fried rice, hash brown, fresh fruits, vegetable salad with variety of dressing, baked beans, as well a variety of bread, tea, and a coffee machine. Although, my only feedback to this part, I hope they can further expand their menu to a variety of dishes or cultural cuisines everyday, but overall was great since I like the ambiance of the dining area.

I had already paid the Malaysian tourist tax when making the reservation, but it was still charged when I checked in. After contacting klook customer service, the hotel assisted with a refund.

The room is large, clean and tidy, and has a bathtub. The transportation is convenient. It's easy to take a taxi at the door. It's within walking distance to Alor Street Night Market and Pavilion Plaza.

Very convenient to the shopping mall that I like esp TRX and Pavillion . Surprisingly was so near . I also found out nearby coffee shop got good food too , I like most is the machine parking , hardly can find . is so safe to have such parking , too bad got to pay $18 per day . Overall is a good choice and good stay . I will be back soon . Highky recommended .
