The attitude of the service staff is very good, the overall cleanliness is good, the breakfast is also very good, the dishes are not very repetitive after staying for two days in a row, the only thing is that the sound insulation is sometimes not very good.

There are many staff members who can speak Japanese (everyone I spoke to could speak Japanese), and they are all very kind. The room was clean and spacious. Shampoo, body soap, and face and hand wash are provided, but no treatment, so bring your own. Of course, there are no toothbrushes or brushes, but unusually for overseas, there are disposable slippers and yukata. I stayed for multiple nights, and they replaced both with new ones. There are plastic bottles of water in the room, but there was an announcement that there is also a water server in the gym. The hotel elevator is connected to Taipei Station, so it is very convenient.

I was very satisfied with everything including the location, cleanliness, and service. Thanks to this, I was able to travel to Taiwan comfortably!

The staff were friendly, and although most accommodations in Taiwan are said to be small, it wasn't that small, so I was satisfied with my 3 nights and 4 days stay. However, the soundproofing was a bit weak, so I could hear people talking. Overall, it was okay^^

The bed was quite comfortable, but the quilt was a bit rough. The service attitude is very good. However, if you sleep on the upper bunk and there are no suitable handholds when climbing the ladder, you need to be careful.

Great place, with convenient transportation, close to Zhongzheng and CNR, and also very close to Ningxia Night Market. The service staff are very friendly and I have a good accommodation experience.

Stayed here for 1 night. Great experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, clean room and they have own cr w/ japanese bidet! 5-10 min walk to Taipei Main Station. Same bldg with 24hrs mcdo, Just beside Uniqlo! Super convinient!
