best place for kids and happy vibes. one note is that you need to bring money for the games not included in the ticket. there are three major shows back to back from 7:15pm till 10 pm

went for the feed me program and enjoyed ourselves. the tour and safety briefing was well explained. each of us get to refill our food basket twice. feeding takes less than 15mins and there's ample time for photos. lastly there is demo of how they recycling using elephant poop. we saw 4 elephants and another is a baby elephant which we are unable to feed. the tour guides were able to answer our questions well.

wonderful place to visit. we only did the feed me experience but it was totally worth it, we got to feed water melons to the elephants and got to touch the trunks of those elephants too. the guide Michael was really good and Knowledgeable. overall a very good experience and I highly recommend it. Klook offered a very good discount.

Highly recommended. Can be done even for those with difficulty ambulating. Guide Bella and driver were very friendly. Both speak English. It was an extremely hot day and van was always cold even if it was parked under the sun. Unlimited cold bottled water was available in the van. Bella volunteers to take picturews everytime. We were disappointed at the Gem Gallery because we were not allowed to ride the mini tram to learn about gems. However really enjoyed seeing baby sharks in their aquarium. Highly recommended. We opted to have add on hotel transfer since price is ok and very convenient.
