Things to do in Karuizawa

The tour guide is very good and will remind us of the meeting place via WhatsApp the day before. Since there are only 11 people in the group, the itinerary is very easy to arrange. We went sightseeing directly without going to the outlet.

The advantage of car sharing is that it is easy to arrange itineraries for small groups of people. Everyone chose to go to Hoshino Resorts on their morning trip to Karuizawa. The only drawback is that I stayed in Kawagoe for too little time and didn’t have much time to go shopping.

I attended with 10 Chinese guests as the only one who could only speak English. It was a bit disappointing that the autumn leaves didn't fully bloom, but I had a great trip looking forward to the next time. Aileen, the guide, is good at English and explained things step by step. After lunch, the meeting was at 13:10, but I mistakenly thought it was at 13:30, so I leisurely looked around, but when I received a KakaoTalk message from Aileen, I ran very hard and was late, so I felt a bit sorry for the others, but I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The driver was the fastest driver I've ever met in Japan... haha

The itinerary is far away from Tokyo. The traffic on that day was very unsatisfactory. The Japanese tour guide was very impatient with us due to three consecutive holidays, but the tour guide still stayed with us throughout the whole journey👍

The tour guide Xiao Chen is great and Kawagoe is beautiful. Due to traffic jams, many shops were closed when we arrived in Kawagoe. It is recommended that the order of the itinerary be adjusted. Thank you.

The one-day trip to Karuizawa was great. The church is very unique and is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. There are also many souvenirs for sale at the Hikawa Shrine, which are good to bring back as souvenirs.
