Comfortable hotel with full facilities. Centrally located right in the UNESCO World heritage part of the city.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. spacious and clean. toilet ceiling needs a new coat of paint though. Great location.

value money for stay. its rare for hotel has netflix. you just need to login to your account. voila!

Beds were big and soft. Got the family room. One king bed and one sofa bed, but the sofa bed was suprisingly big as well. Though the king bed was a bit softer. Generally the experience was great and will recommend.

I am truly impressed and pleasantly surprised by the special occasion prepared by the hotel. I can see the effort they put into making it memorable, and I appreciate every thoughtful detail. thsnk for upgrading the room too.

Hotel is near to all attraction.. walking distance.. strongly recommended to stay at St Giles Wembley when you are in Penang.

very cosy place with affordable prices.this beautiful hotel located centre of Georgetown and easily accessible by grab car. Breakfast buffet was excellent too
